I am actually really surprised that the dumbthingsstraightpeoplesay blog is basically just a hate blog. That’s all it is.
The person running it honestly doesn’t think that it’s their job to educate people and change people’s opinions about the LGBTQ community.
If you’re not going to do anything about your oppression, you don’t have a right to bitch because you are just letting it happen. If you don’t want to take on the job of fighting for your rights, you’re basically oppressing yourself.
And if you’re going to oppress yourself/let the oppression happen, you’ve lost every right to be angry and complain.
You can’t really expect someone else to take on your cause for you. It’s your cause. Why would anyone else care if you act like you don’t?
I mean, if you want to just sit and complain and not do anything about it, your oppressors and everyone else are just gonna let you sit and complain.
If someone is oppressing you, they obviously aren’t going to have the mindset to be like,”Woah, I should really educate myself more because those people I’m oppressing look really upset about all the oppression.”
That’s not how the world works. You gotta stand up for your cause and educate people. Then those people will start educating other people.
I’ll say it again, if you’re not going to do anything about your oppression but sit there and be angry, you don’t get to bitch and moan about your oppression. If you cared, you’d do something about it.
Be active, not passive.

If I don’t take upon my self to educate people about why they shouldn’t be oppressing, it’s my own fault!!!
The only reason people of the LGBTQ+ community is oppressed is because we haven’t educated people enough.
(Also, if this is what you think I stand for, start at the beginning and read my blog all over again)
